Welcome to VA VOAD
VOAD stands for Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster. It is a group of voluntary and non-governmental agencies that collaborate during their responses to disaster. VOAD is designed to bring together voluntary religious and civic organizations which function in times of natural or man-made emergencies within the Commonwealth of Virginia in order to foster more effective response for people affected by disaster.
